Refund policy

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to ship any items back to us for a refund.

It is best to request a return first before sending the item back. This way we know to keep an eye out for it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized / Personalized items and sale items cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return. The refund will be processed onto your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
